Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Nikki works across the foundation to help the Prebys team run smoothly by improving processes in areas like human resources, technology, governance, real estate, accounting, and compliance.
Before joining Prebys, Nikki served as Chief Administrative Officer for a company with over 100 employees, worked in operations for a commercial management firm, and handled customer relations at a startup. Over the years, she has built reporting systems, launched new technologies, developed compliance policies, managed large budgets, and helped build strong teams.
Nikki holds an MBA from UCLA with a focus on entrepreneurship and real estate, and she has worked on social impact projects in education, agriculture, and technology. She also earned a BA in Sociology from CSU Long Beach, where she focused on social change and global issues.
Nikki has been involved in international healthcare volunteer work and continues to give back by tutoring local youth.
