Tiffany Thompson brings over a dozen years of leadership support and project management experience to Prebys, having worked with organizations like Harvard Health Services and Rady Children’s Institute for Genomic Medicine. Known for her ability to tackle big challenges, Tiffany excels at breaking down complex goals into manageable steps. This quality has fueled many of her professional achievements, including coordinating statewide disaster relief training for the Red Cross, creating a program to provide school supplies and career education to children, and simplifying the annual performance review process at Rady Children’s Institute.

Tiffany’s dedication to helping others has always been a driving force in her career. Her passion for healthcare and advocacy led her to earn a degree in psychology, where she could better support people in getting the care they need.

Born and raised in Vermont, Tiffany’s journey took her through Boston and Tennessee before she settled in San Diego. Tiffany and her husband, who serves in the U.S. Navy, enjoy exploring the local area with their young son, whether it’s attending arts events, discovering new playgrounds, or spending time at the beach. Like many San Diegans, she and her family make the most of the beautiful outdoors year-round.
