A Visionary Leader Bridging Communities
Andrew “Andy” Carey, Executive Director of the U.S.-Mexico Border Philanthropy Partnership (BPP), has been a driving force in expanding healthcare access for Hispanic, Latino, and undocumented communities in San Diego.
